Tech Support are on hand throughout the day to monitor our systems and ensure everything runs smoothly. Across the team, they are responsible for the website, score calculator, check-in form and Mission Control hardware. A basic knowledge of IT is essential, and ideally Tech Support would have advanced knowledge in at least one of the following areas: WordPress, Google Sheets/spreadsheet formulas, Google Forms, G-Suite, ChromeOS.
