Admin & Arrivals are the smiling faces who greet all of our participants as they sign-in at the start of the day. These friendly people look after our booking system, and ensure that everyone has arrived and all of the necessary details have been collected. They are on hand to answer any administrative queries and need to be able to collaborate across teams to ensure everyone has access to the details they need. Once everyone has arrived, they will be supporting the energetic hub of Mission Control, providing support where it is needed the most. There are opportunities for pre-, post- and during event roles, or a combination.
