Adult leaders must accompany Cub teams and meet standard Scouting ratios. Adult leaders, with a full Scout DBS, may accompany a Scout or Explorer team, but do not have to. Adult leaders DO count as one of the maximum number of Players in each team. A team cannot be made up of only adult leaders.
